Setai Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a massage technique based on the Oriental medical system. Firm pressure is applied with the thumbs to points along the body's energy channels, Stretching increases flexibility and blood flow to the muscles and joints. Shiatsu reduces fatigue and tension by removing energy blocks and returning the body to homeostasis (balance).

This is a fully clothed massage (sweat pants required).
